What’s Changing

You’ll see a Bonterra-branded login page instead of the previous experience

The login flow is slightly updated (enter email first, then password)

You’ll manage your account through the new Bonterra Account Center
What’s Staying the Same

Your email and password do not change

Your MFA settings carry over automatically

Your access, data, and permissions remain the same
Most users will not notice significant changes beyond the updated look and feel.
A small group of users may be asked to complete a quick verification step the first time they log in if they:

Were granted access between April 6–May 13

Updated their password or MFA during that time
No action is required before logging in. You can continue logging in as usual—just with a refreshed look.
