Field organizers and data directors using EveryAction/NGP VAN can now generate walkable, deployment-ready turfs in minutes, not hours. The improved auto-cutter uses a smarter algorithm that respects real-world geographic boundaries like highways, rivers, rail lines, and parks, so the turfs your canvassers receive actually reflect the streets they'll walk.
To generate turfs, simply open the Cut Turf tool, select the new Auto-cut option, and enter your target address count or number of turfs. The system handles the rest, covering your full area with no white space, no uncrossable boundaries, and shapes ready to deploy or refine on the spot.
No action is required before launch. The improved auto-cutter is available automatically to all My Voters users in EveryAction/NGP VAN. No provisioning or settings changes are needed.
