🔍 Que Data Management: Smarter Duplicate Detection for Cleaner Contact Records

Keeping a clean contact database is one of the most time-consuming parts of nonprofit operations, but it doesn't have to be. Bonterra has introduced a new Duplicate Management skill in EveryAction's Que that automatically detects potential duplicate contact records, surfaces them in a clear, easy-to-use interface, and empowers your team to resolve them quickly, all without writing a single search query.

A nightly detection model runs in the background, scores every potential duplicate pair in your database by confidence level (High, Medium, or Low), and feeds those results into a dedicated Duplicate Management page in EveryAction. From there, you can review pairs side by side and either merge them using the existing merge workflow, now integrated directly into the page, or dismiss pairs that aren't actually duplicates. Que will also proactively surface your duplicate count in chat, so you always know the scope of the problem.

Every merge is human-initiated and reviewed. No records are changed without your explicit action.

This feature is available now to all EveryAction customers with access to Que who have the Merge Duplicates security function.
