🧩 Smarter Form Discovery in Online Actions with Que
and Rebranded Contribution Forms 🧩
Bonterra has made it easier to find and build fundraising forms directly within your Online Actions workflow. Que’s form builder is now accessible inside Online Actions, so you can create a Smart Contribution Form right at the point of action.
To make form selection clearer, contribution form types have also been rebranded. The Optimized Contribution Form is now called "Smart Contribution Form," and the classic contribution form is now called "Custom Contribution Form." The Smart Contribution Form is featured prominently in the Create New Form menu with a Recommended label, helping teams quickly identify the option built for higher conversion.
These updates are available now for all EveryAction customers with Que enabled. Anyone who has opted out of Que will not see the Que button in Online Actions, but will see the updated contribution form names.
