How do I find users and check their access level in Que Manager?

Overview

Have a large team, or want to audit who has Administrator access? You can search the user table by name or username, and filter by access type. Follow these steps.

Step 1: Scroll to the user table

Open Que Manager and scroll to the user table at the bottom of the page. It shows every user in your organization, their current Que access level, and their remaining credit balance.

Step 2: Search by name or username

Use the search box to find someone by name or username.

Step 3: Filter by access type

Use the dropdown at the top right of the table to filter users by access level:

  • Standard: can use enabled Que skills and consumes credits when doing so.

  • Administrator: same skill access as Standard users, plus the ability to manage Que settings for the entire organization.

This is helpful when auditing who has Administrator access.
