How do I monitor Que credit usage in Apricot?
Overview
Want to know who is close to running out of credits? Que Manager shows each user’s remaining credit balance. Follow these steps.
Step 1: Open Que Manager
Select your name in the top right corner, choose Account Management, then select Que in the left navigation menu.
Step 2: Review the credit balance for each user
The user table shows each user’s remaining credit balance. On the Free plan, every user starts each month with 50 credits.
Step 3: Remember that credits are per user
Credits are a per-user limit, not a shared pool. One user running out of credits doesn’t affect other users’ balances.
Step 4: Decide what to do next

If most users have plenty of credits left, the Free plan may be enough for now.

Good to know
Credits reset automatically at the start of each billing month.
After you upgrade to Que Intelligence, the credit column in the user table no longer applies.
