How do I open Que Manager in Apricot?
Overview
Looking for the place to manage Que for your organization? Que Manager is available to Apricot Administrators. Follow these steps to open it and see what’s on the page.
Step 1: Sign in as an Administrator
Sign in to Apricot with a user account that has Administrator access. Only Administrators can view and manage Que Manager. If you don’t see it, ask another administrator to check your access level.
Step 2: Open Account Management
In the top right corner, select the Admin name, then choose Account Management.
Step 3: Select Que
In the left navigation menu, select Que.
Step 4: Review the page
Que Manager has three main areas:

Que for this site: the toggle at the top of the page that turns Que on or off for everyone.

Skills: a toggle for each Que skill. Skills that require Que Intelligence appear grayed out on the Free plan.

User table: every user in your organization, with their access level and remaining credits, at the bottom of the page.
