How do I opt my organization out of Que?

Overview

Prefer not to use AI features at all? You can pause Que yourself, or ask to be excluded entirely. Here’s how each option works.

Step 1: Choose your option

• Turn Que off in Que Manager: use the Que for this site toggle. Every skill is disabled for every user, and no credits are used. See How do I turn Que on or off for my whole site in Apricot?

• Ask to be excluded: your organization won’t have Que available. 

Step 2: If you want to be excluded, gather your site IDs

List the Apricot site IDs for every site you want excluded, including production and any sandbox or test sites.

Step 3: Contact your Customer Success Manager

Send your site IDs to your Customer Success Manager, or contact Support if you don’t have one.
