How do I turn Que skills on or off in Apricot?
Overview
Want your team to use some Que skills but not others? Each skill has its own toggle in Que Manager, so you can enable or disable skills independently. Follow these steps.
Step 1: Open Que Manager
Select your name in the top right corner, choose Account Management, then select Que in the left navigation menu.
Step 2: Make sure Que is on for the site
Check that Que for this site is on. Skills are only available when Que is on.
Step 3: Turn skills on or off
Use each skill’s toggle on the Que Manager page.

| Participant Snapshot | Summarizes a participant’s record into a short, plain-language brief before a session. | All plans |
| Note Capture | Turns dictated or pasted session notes into a structured case note draft. | All plans |
| Early Intervention Signals | Configures risk and protective factors that automatically surface which participants may need attention. | Que Intelligence only |
| Data Integrity Review | Scans enabled forms nightly, flags likely duplicate record pairs, and routes each to the admin for merge or dismissal ahead of reporting cycles. | Que Intelligence only |
Step 4: Know what’s available on your plan
Early Intervention Signals is only available on Que Intelligence. On the Free plan, its toggle appears grayed out and can’t be enabled.
Data Integrity Review is also part of Que Intelligence.
Good to know
After you upgrade to Que Intelligence, existing skill toggle settings are preserved. Review your settings to confirm everything is configured as intended.
