How do I upgrade to Que Intelligence in Apricot?

Ready to remove credit limits and unlock more skills? Que Intelligence is the full-access plan. Here’s how to get started and what changes once your organization upgrades.

Step 1: Review what Que Intelligence includes

• No credit limitations: users have no monthly caps or reset dates.

• All skills become available to enable, including Early Intervention Signals and Data Integrity Review.

• The credit column in the user table no longer applies.

Step 2: Start the upgrade

In Que Manager, select Unlock Que Intelligence to schedule a meeting with an Account Executive. Que Manager isn’t where you purchase the plan.

Step 3: Review your settings after you upgrade

After you upgrade, your existing skill toggle settings are preserved. Review your skill and user access settings, and turn on the newly available skills you want.
