How do Que credits work in Apricot?

Wondering how many times your team can use Que each month? Que credits are how Apricot measures Que use on the Free plan. This article explains how many credits each user gets, when they reset, and what happens when they run out.
Step 1: Know how many credits each user gets
On the Free plan, each user receives 50 Que credits per month. Credits are a per-user limit, not a shared pool. One user running out of credits doesn’t affect other users’ balances.
Step 2: See which skills use credits
Skills available on the Free plan use credits when someone runs them:

Early Intervention Signals and Data Integrity Review are available with Que Intelligence only, which has no credit limits.
Step 3: Know when credits reset
Credits reset automatically at the start of each billing month.
Step 4: Check credit balances
Administrators: the user table in Que Manager shows each user’s remaining credit balance.
Step 5: Know what happens when credits run out
The user sees a warning in the skill panel:
⚠ Your Que credits have been used up. Credits reset at the start of each month.
They can’t run additional Que skills until their credits reset at the start of the following month, or until your organization upgrades to Que Intelligence.
Step 6: Know what changes with Que Intelligence
Que Intelligence removes all credits limitations. Users have no monthly caps or reset dates, and the credit column in the user table no longer applies.

When Que for this site is off, no credits are consumed.
