What is Que Manager?
Que Manager is the admin page in Apricot where Administrators control how Que operates across the organization: site-wide on/off, which skills are available, which users can access them, and credit usage.
Where do I find Que Manager?
Select the Admin name in the top right corner, choose Account Management, and select Que in the left navigation menu. Only users with Administrator access can view it.
What is the difference between Standard and Administrator access?
Standard users can use enabled Que skills and consume credits when they do. Administrators have the same skill access, plus the ability to manage Que settings for the entire organization.
What skills are available?
Participant Snapshot and Note Capture are available on all plans. Early Intervention Signals and Data Integrity Review are available with Que Intelligence only. Early Intervention Signals is in Open Beta starting October 15, 2026, and Data Integrity Review is coming to Que Manager later this month.
How many credits does each user get on the Free plan?
50 Que credits per user per month. Credits are a per-user limit, not a shared pool.
When do credits reset?
Credits reset automatically at the start of each billing month.
What happens when a user runs out of credits?
They see a warning in the skill panel: “⚠ Your Que credits have been used up. Credits reset at the start of each month.” They can’t run more skills until their credits reset or your organization upgrades to Que Intelligence.
Does turning Que off use credits?
No. When Que for this site is off, every skill is disabled for every user and no credits are consumed.
Why is the Early Intervention Signals toggle grayed out?
Early Intervention Signals is only available on Que Intelligence. The toggle can’t be enabled on the Free plan.
What is Que Intelligence?
The full-access plan. It removes all credit limitations and unlocks additional skills, including Early Intervention Signals and Data Integrity Review.
How do I upgrade?
Select Unlock Que Intelligence on the Que Manager page to schedule a meeting with an Account Executive.
Are my settings kept if I upgrade?
Yes. Existing skill toggle settings are preserved. Review your skill and user access settings to confirm everything is configured as intended.
Do I need to do anything for Que Manager to appear?
No. Que Manager enters general availability to Administrators starting October 15, 2026.
