Why can’t a user see or use a Que skill in Apricot?
Overview
If someone on your team can’t find or run a Que skill, one of a few settings is usually the reason. Administrators can check them in Que Manager, in this order.
Step 1: Check that Que is on for your site
Open Que Manager. If Que for this site is off, every skill is disabled for every user.
Step 2: Check the skill toggle
Confirm the skill is enabled. Early Intervention Signals and Data Integrity Review require Que Intelligence, and Early Intervention Signals appears grayed out on the Free plan.
Step 3: Check the user’s access
Find the user in the user table and confirm they have Que access.
Step 4: Check their credits
If the user has no credits remaining, they’ll see:
⚠ Your Que credits have been used up. Credits reset at the start of each month.
They can use Que again after the reset, or when your organization upgrades to Que Intelligence.
Step 5: Check whether your organization was excluded
If your organization asked to be excluded from Que, users won’t have it. Contact your Customer Success Manager to change that.
Step 6: For Early Intervention Signals and Data Integrity
These skills have their own setup steps and need to be enabled for your site. See Understanding Early Intervention Signals in Apricot and Understanding Data Integrity in Apricot.
Good to know
Standard users can’t open Que Manager. If you’re not an administrator, ask your administrator to check these settings.
