Actionable Insights is a new feature in EveryAction (EA) designed to surface intelligent, data-driven fundraising recommendations directly on your Home Page. 

1) What is the Actionable Insights widget?

It is a tool that provides smart donor recommendations based on your data, helping you quickly identify high-impact fundraising opportunities.

2) Where do these insights come from?

These insights are powered by DonorTrends models, which analyze your existing data to surface suggestions such as donor upgrades or retention actions.

3) Are insights personalized?

No, all users in a Committee will view the same insights.

4) What does “Run the List” do?

This action creates a pre-filtered donor list based on the recommendation, empowering you to act quickly and strategically when planning outreach efforts.

5) How often are insights updated?

Nightly. Your donor data is reanalyzed every day to generate the most relevant insights.

6) Will I receive alerts or Push Notifications?

No, insights will only appear on the Home Page widget.
