The Fundraising Management dashboard provides a quick overview of recurring commitments with failing payments, helping you identify issues that need immediate attention.
Step 1: Access the Fundraising Management dashboard

Look for the Monthly Giving tile on the dashboard
Step 2: Identify failing payments

On the Monthly Giving tile, look for a notification indicating failing gifts

The notification will show the number of commitments with failing payments
Step 3: View detailed information about failing payments

Click on the failing gift notification

This will open a Recurring Commitment Processing Report filtered to show only your failing gifts

The report provides detailed information about each failing payment
Step 4: Take action on failing payments
