Creating an event in EveryAction is the first step toward engaging your supporters through gatherings. Follow these steps to set up your event's basic framework.
Step 1: Access the Events Dashboard
- Navigate to the Events section from the main menu
- Click the "+ New Event" button in the upper right corner
Step 2: Choose your event type
- Select from In-Person, Virtual, or Hybrid event types
- Click "Next" to continue
Step 3: Enter basic event information
Fill in the required fields:
- Event Name
- Event Description
- Start Date and Time
- End Date and Time
- Time Zone
- For in-person or hybrid events, add the location information
- For virtual events, add online access details (link, instructions)
- Click "Save" to create your event
