Internal referrals generate a wealth of data on your clients' participation in the programs and services within your organization. By exporting this referral data, you can track outcomes and generate reports to improve your overall service delivery. Whether you need to share referral details with stakeholders, monitor referral flow, or simply maintain comprehensive records, exporting referrals makes it easy to extract and leverage this information.
Follow the steps listed below to learn how to export referral information from your database.
Step 1: Select pending or previous referrals
In the "My Apricot" tab, expand the "My Apricot Tools" category of the navigation bar and select "My Referrals".
Remaining in the "My Referrals" tab will eventually export information on the pending referrals for your program, whereas selecting the "Referral History" tab will export completed referrals for the program. You can use the filters to narrow down which referrals you want to export information for within either tab.
Step 2: Choose your export option
Clicking "Export" within either tab will open the "Export Options" pop-up window. The only selection you need to make here is what file type you want the export to be: CSV, XLS, or XLSX. Select "Export" again within this pop-up to download your file and complete the export.
