Feature Overview: Text-to-Give Capabilities for Events

Our Text-to-Give capabilities are a perfect way to make sure that your event attendees can easily donate in real-time - or from the comfort of their own home. Donors can easily text a specific phone number and receive a link to your Events page, to make that donation process even easier.

 

Text-to-Give, in concert with an Events page, can provide your attendees an easy way to receive a link and make a donation - or text a specific code to make a donation directly towards your event. It's a great way to keep event attendees engaged - and, when promoted during an event's livestream, can increase the overall number of donations your organization can collect through your event's duration.

 

To set up text-to-give capabilities with an Events page, you'll need to assign your organization's text-to-give number to that page; this can be done easily through your Donor Management's "Settings" tab.

 

Feature Availability

This feature is available for all users with access to the Fundraising Essentials package with "Supervisor"- level admin access or higher within Donor Management.

 

This is because setting up text-to-give lives under the "Settings" tab in Donor Management, and only Supervisor-level admins have access to that tab.
