If your event isn't appearing where expected or is visible to the wrong audience, follow these steps to correct visibility issues.
Step 1: Check basic visibility settings

Navigate to Events > Event Pages

Open the event in question

Go to the Setup tab

Verify "Show on Calendar" is checked if you want the event displayed on your calendar

Ensure "Public" is selected if you want the event visible to everyone
Step 2: Review publish and expiration dates

On the Setup tab, locate the publish and expiration date fields

Confirm the publish date is in the past or today

Ensure the expiration date is in the future

Check that the event date hasn't already passed
Step 3: Verify audience targeting settings

Check if you've limited the event to specific groups or segments

Review any custom audience targeting settings

Ensure targeted supporters can access the event based on their permissions

Test viewing the event while logged in as different user types
Step 4: Check URL and embedding settings

Confirm your event URL is correctly formatted

If embedding the event on a website, verify the embed code is properly implemented

Check that the page containing your embedded event is publicly accessible

Test the direct event URL in an incognito browser window
