If your tickets are displaying incorrect prices or discounts aren't applying properly, follow these steps to fix pricing issues.
Step 1: Review basic ticket settings

Navigate to Events > Event Pages

Open your event

Go to the Tickets tab

Select the problematic ticket type

Verify the base price is set correctly
Step 2: Check discount configurations

In the Tickets tab, review any configured discounts

Ensure discount codes are spelled correctly

Verify discount dates are valid and active

Check that percentage or fixed amount discounts are calculated correctly
Step 3: Review tax and fee settings

Go to the Setup tab

Check if you've enabled any processing fees or taxes

Verify the fee calculation method is set as intended (added or included)
