If tickets aren't appearing on your event page, several settings may need adjustment. Follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
Step 1: Check your event setup
-
Navigate to Events > Event Pages
-
Find and open the event in question
-
Go to the Setup tab
-
Confirm that "This is a ticketed event" is selected
-
Verify the event date hasn't passed (expired events won't display tickets)
Step 2: Review ticket configuration
-
Go to the Tickets tab in your event
-
Ensure you have at least one active ticket type created
-
Check that the ticket sales start and end dates are valid
-
Start date should be in the past or today
-
End date should be in the future
-
Verify that ticket quantity hasn't reached its maximum limit
Step 3: Check event visibility settings
-
Go to the Setup tab
-
Confirm "Show on Calendar" is set correctly for your needs
-
Verify "Public" is selected if you want the event visible to everyone
-
Check that your event publish date has passed and expiration date is in the future
Step 4: Test your event page
-
Open your event page in an incognito window or different browser
-
Check if tickets appear for users who aren't logged into your system
-
If tickets appear in testing but not for users, check any audience targeting settings
