If tickets aren't appearing on your event page, several settings may need adjustment. Follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Step 1: Check your event setup

  1. Navigate to Events > Event Pages

  1. Find and open the event in question

  1. Go to the Setup tab

  1. Confirm that "This is a ticketed event" is selected

  1. Verify the event date hasn't passed (expired events won't display tickets)

Step 2: Review ticket configuration

  1. Go to the Tickets tab in your event

  1. Ensure you have at least one active ticket type created

  1. Check that the ticket sales start and end dates are valid

  1. Start date should be in the past or today

  1. End date should be in the future

  1. Verify that ticket quantity hasn't reached its maximum limit

Step 3: Check event visibility settings

  1. Go to the Setup tab

  1. Confirm "Show on Calendar" is set correctly for your needs

  1. Verify "Public" is selected if you want the event visible to everyone

  1. Check that your event publish date has passed and expiration date is in the future

Step 4: Test your event page

  1. Open your event page in an incognito window or different browser

  1. Check if tickets appear for users who aren't logged into your system

  1. If tickets appear in testing but not for users, check any audience targeting settings
