How do I manage my account in Bonterra Account Center?

Use the Bonterra Account Center to review or update your account details like your password and security settings. Follow the steps below to access it.

 

Step 1: Open My Settings

  • From the Home Page, go to the upper right-hand corner

  • Click your name

  • Select “My Settings”

 

Step 2: Go to Account Details

  • In My Settings, click “Account Details” (left-hand menu)

 

Step 3: Open Bonterra Account Center

  • In the Account Details page

  • Find the Options section on the right

  • Click “Manage my Bonterra Account”

You’ll now be in the Bonterra Account Center where you can view your account settings.
The Bonterra Account Center is a centralized space to manage core account settings like name, password, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

 

Step 4: Review and manage your account settings

In the Bonterra Account Center, you can review and update your account settings as needed.

You will see options such as:

  • Personal details

  • Change password

  • Set up Multi-factor authentication (MFA), an extra security step for your account

You don’t need to change anything unless you want to update your information or security settings.
You can safely review these settings at any time.

Note:

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) may be required by your organization for added security

If required and not yet set up, you may be prompted to complete MFA during login

 

Step 5: Understand account limitations

  • Editing your email address is not supported in the Bonterra Account Center at this time. If you need to use a different email address, you’ll need to submit a support ticket.

  • If you choose to delete your account, please reach out to your committee admin.
