Feature Overview: Addresses in 'My Voters'

Address information is a major asset of your database. Accurate addresses help you launch canvasses, plan events, get your mailers where they need to go, and many other benefits.

To allow your team members to manage addresses, you must enable the proper Security Functions for their User Profile(s).

There are three address types in 'My Voters':

  • Voting: addresses supplied by the Voter file that cannot be edited

  • Mailing: some mailing addresses are provided by the Voter file; depending on your user permissions, you may be able to add mailing addresses (only mailing addresses that have been added by you or a member of your organization can be edited)

  • Applicant: addresses available only to databases connected to a Voter Registration database

Feature Availability

Access to view and manage addresses in 'My Voters' is determined by user access, assigned by organization administrators.
