Here is an example of a short message you can send to your volunteers:

“We’ve made it easier for you to record your volunteer time! Use our new Volunteer Hours Form to log your activity - it only takes a minute. Your contributions help us track our community impact and celebrate all that you do!”

Along with your message, you can include the steps outlined below:

To get started:

  1. Click the unique link or scan the QR code that was shared with you (or posted).

  2. Fill out the short form. Enter the following:
    - Full Name
    - Email Address
    - Mobile Phone
    - select the Opportunity you volunteered on
    - select the Date & Time of Service
    - Number of Hours

    - OPTIONAL: You can add additional notes about your experience if you like

  3. Submit - Click the 'Submit Hours' button, and that's it!
    ?

Note: Volunteers cannot directly edit their submissions. As an administrator, you can edit logged hours from the 'Submissions' or 'Contact' profile view.
