Overview
Launching your Weebly site requires setting up a domain name and enabling SSL security to ensure your forms function properly. Follow these steps to make your site live.
Step 1: Obtain a domain name

Choose a domain name for your website through a reputable domain registrar

Purchase the domain name and ensure you have administrative access to manage its DNS settings

Keep your domain login information secure for future reference
Step 2: Enable SSL in Weebly

Log into your Weebly site and select "Edit Site"

Click on the "Settings" tab at the top of the interface

Find and select "Enable SSL" in the settings menu

You'll see instructions for updating your domain's DNS settings

Select "Option B: Make the DNS changes yourself"
Step 3: Update your domain's DNS records

Log into your domain provider's management portal

Navigate to the DNS management or settings page

Look for the section to manage A records

Copy the A record information provided in your Weebly settings

Create or update the A records at your domain provider to match the information from Weebly

Save your changes

Note that DNS changes can take 24-48 hours to fully propagate
Step 4: Complete SSL activation

After your DNS changes have propagated, return to your Weebly site

Go back to "Settings" and click "Enable SSL" again

This will activate the HTTPS (secure) version of your site

Verify that the SSL status shows as "Enabled" in your settings
Step 5: Enable form integration

Contact support to enable your Online Actions form integration

Provide your domain name and confirm that SSL has been enabled

You'll receive an email notification when the integration is ready

Once confirmed, you can begin publishing forms directly to your site
