How do I publish Online Actions forms to my Weebly site?

Overview 

Once your Weebly site is launched with SSL enabled and the integration is activated, you can publish your Online Actions forms to automatically appear on your website. 

Step 1: Create and configure your form in Online Actions 

1. Build your form in Online Actions as you normally would 

2. Use the Design tab to customize the form's appearance 

3. Note that certain elements like banner images, return URLs, and custom CSS will be controlled by your Weebly site rather than Online Actions 

Step 2: Publish your form in Online Actions 

1. Complete your form setup in Online Actions 

2. Click "Publish" to make the form active 

3. Once published, the form will automatically be available through your Weebly site 

Step 3: Access the form on your Weebly site 

1. Your form will be accessible using a URL with this structure: https://www.yourdomain.org/forms.html?formid=YourFormIDHere 

2. You can create links to this URL from anywhere on your website 

3. The form will display within your Weebly site's design, maintaining your branding 

Step 4: Republish older forms if needed 

1. If you have existing forms created before setting up the Weebly integration: 

   1. Go to each form in Online Actions 

   2. Make a minor edit (you can add a space and delete it if needed) 

   3. Click "Publish" to update the form 

2. This republishing is necessary to update their URLs and add them to your Weebly site 

Step 5: Create navigation to your forms 

1. In your Weebly editor, add buttons or links to your form URLs 

2. Consider creating a "Forms" or "Take Action" section in your navigation 

3. Use descriptive text for links that explain the purpose of each form
