Connecting Your Accounts

Authenticate Zapier with your EveryAction account to establish a secure connection between the platforms.

Step 1: Begin the authentication process

  1. Within your Zap setup, reach the authentication step for EveryAction

  1. Click to add a new account connection

  1. You'll see a form requesting your API credentials

Step 2: Enter your API information

  1. Enter your API Key that you generated from the API Integrations page

  1. In the App Name field, enter the Application Name associated with your API key

  1. Best practice: Use the exact Application Name shown next to your key in your database

  1. Confirm the Database Mode is correct for your environment

  1. Click "Yes, Continue" to proceed

Step 3: Verify the connection

  1. Zapier will test the connection to ensure your credentials are valid

  1. If successful, you'll see a confirmation message

  1. Your authenticated connection will now be saved for future use in other Zaps

Note: In the future, you can select this existing connection instead of entering your API key again.
