How do I use pre-designed Zap templates?

Overview 

Pre-designed Zap templates provide ready-made automation workflows for common tasks, saving you time in setup and configuration. 

 

Step 1: Access Zap templates 

  1. Log in to your Zapier account 

  1. Navigate to the Templates section or search for Bonterra CRM templates 

  1. Browse the available pre-designed templates for Bonterra CRM integrations 

Step 2: Select a template that meets your needs 

  1. Review the template description to understand what it automates 

  1. Click on the template you want to use 

  1. The template will show you which apps are involved and what actions will be performed 

Step 3: Customize the template 

  1. Connect the required apps if you haven't already done so 

  1. Follow the prompts to configure each step of the Zap 

  1. Map fields between applications according to your specific data requirements 

  1. Test the Zap to ensure it works as expected 

Step 4: Activate your Zap 

  1. After successful testing, turn on your Zap 

  1. Your automated workflow will now run whenever the trigger event occurs
