Getting Started

To access the Zapier integration with EveryAction, you'll need to request an API key through the API Integrations page in your database. This page can be found by searching for "API Integrations" in the sidebar of your EveryAction interface.

Feature Details

Zapier integration allows you to build automated workflows between your EveryAction database and thousands of other applications without needing coding knowledge. These automations, called "Zaps," can add or update contact records in your database when triggered by actions in other connected applications. The integration works by establishing a secure connection between Zapier and your database using your API key. Once connected, you can use pre-designed templates or build custom Zaps to reduce manual data entry and ensure your database stays in sync with external data sources. EveryAction follows the same workflow process for Zapier integration.

Tracking Your Success

After setting up your Zaps, Zapier provides monitoring tools that allow you to track successful connections and any errors that may occur. Within your EveryAction database, you'll be able to see the results of your automation through updated contact records, new contacts, or other data changes that occur as a result of your Zaps running successfully.
