Now Live: Que Manager for Apricot ๐
Weโve added Que Manager to Apricot, a new page where administrators can control how their team uses Que, from turning skills on or off to keeping an eye on credits.โจ
Participant Snapshot and Note Capture have been free to try during the beta, which ended on October 15. ๐ฃ Organizations that havenโt purchased Que move to a Free plan with 50 credits per user each month (Participant Snapshot uses 5 credits, and Note Capture uses 3). Organizations that have already purchased Que keep full access to all available skills, as long as their administrators have Que turned on.
Early Intervention Signals is fully accessible (no credit-limited usage) to all customers (whether they have paid for Que or not) for the time being, as it is still in beta. Data Integrity Review is in beta, but is only accessible for customers who purchase Apricot Que
As more of you start using Que in Apricot, we kept hearing the same question from administrators: โHow do I control who can use it?โ ๐ก Que Manager is our answer. It puts site-wide control, skill access, and credit usage in one place, so you can introduce Que at the pace that works for your team.
Hereโs what you can now do. Admins can turn Que on or off for your whole site, enable or disable each skill, enable skills for each user, and see every userโs access level and remaining credits. On/Off is also available per each named user.๐งฉ If your team needs more, Que Intelligence removes credit limits and unlocks additional skills.
๐ Whatโs changing: Apricot Administrators get a new Que Manager page to manage Que for the organization and for individual users.
๐ฅ Who it affects: Apricot Administrators in the United States, and users in organizations moving to the Free plan. Standard users can still use enabled skills, but wonโt see Que Manager.
๐ฏ What it means for you: More control and fewer surprises. You decide which skills your team can use, and you can see who is running low on credits before they run out.
๐ Timing: October 15, 2026
โ What you need to do: No action is required. Que Manager turns on automatically for administrators. To find it, select Account Management under your name, then Que. If youโd rather not use Que at all, you can toggle Que off in Que Manager.

๐ฌ Closing question: How are you planning to roll out Que to your team: everyone at once, or a small group first?
