Better Bulk Upload introduces drag-and-drop file upload, making it faster to get your file into the system without clicking through a file browser. This article explains how to use it and what to do if you run into any issues.

Step 1: Open the Better Bulk Upload Flow

Navigate to the bulk upload tool and click the banner at the top of the page to enter the new experience. You'll land on the file upload step.

Step 2: Locate Your File

Before dragging, make sure your file is ready and accessible on your computer — open your file explorer or desktop so the file is visible alongside your browser window.

Step 3: Drag Your File onto the Upload Area

Click and hold your file, then drag it over the upload area in EveryAction. The upload area will highlight to indicate it's ready to receive the file. Release your mouse to drop the file.

Step 4: Confirm the File Loaded Successfully

Once dropped, your file name will appear in the upload area confirming it was received. If the file type is not supported, you'll see an error message — check that your file is saved as a supported format (such as .csv or .xlsx) and try again.

Step 5: Continue to the Next Step

With your file loaded, click Next or Continue to move to the upload settings step and proceed through the rest of the workflow.

Tip: If drag and drop isn't working, click the upload area instead to open a file browser and select your file manually.
