Bonterra Que is an AI-powered assistant built specifically for small to midsize nonprofits using Network for Good. It lives inside your NFG Dashboard and offers real-time, personalized fundraising guidance based on your organization’s data, goals, and fundraising history.

Whether you’re launching your first donor appeal or planning your next Giving Tuesday campaign, Bonterra Que helps you move forward with expert-backed recommendations, no advanced analytics, consulting firm, or data scientist required.

Que gets smarter the more you use it. It remembers your organization, goals, role, and preferences to give more tailored recommendations over time. This memory is private, stored at the individual level, and always under your control, you can view, edit, or delete it anytime.

What can Que do for you?

Taylor, the Executive Director of a midsized animal rescue, wants to grow monthly giving ahead of the busy season. They open Bonterra Que in Network for Good and type a quick prompt into the chat: “Can you help turn one-time donors into sustainers?” The Fundraising Coach skill responds with a clear plan, and a few follow-up questions to better understand Taylor’s goals.

From there, Que activates the Donor Segmentation skill and suggests a targeted list of recent one-time givers who’ve engaged but haven’t signed up for monthly giving. With a quick reply, Taylor previews the segment, removes a few event attendees, and gives the green light. Que follows up with a ready-to-send email series and prebuilt donation form.

After launch, Que checks in again. Using the Donor Stewardship skill, it flags a few top prospects who didn’t convert and prompts Taylor with suggested follow-up messages. In under 20 minutes, a full campaign is live, guided by prompts, powered by data, and executed entirely within Network for Good.

Hi @Jodi Gilano

I am making an assumption here so let me know if you are trying to accomplish something else:

It sounds like you want to be able to send a text message to a contact in the donor management system and then receive a text back from the user so you can basically have a conversation with that contact via your organizations Network for Good system.

If this is the case, it’s kind of possible. The text messaging platform is primarily built to send mass text messages to supporters. If a supporter responds to a text message you sent to them, the response would land in the inbox of the person who set up the text message send.

Let me know if this answers your question or if you are trying to accomplish something different!
