Standard users can view, edit, and clean up their own draft records using My Draft Manager.

Step 1: Open My Draft Manager

  1. Go to My Draft Manager from the navigation menu.

  2. Select the form you want to review.

Step 2: View Draft Details

In My Draft Manager, you’ll see a list of draft records that you created or last modified — drafts created by other users will not appear here, even if they’re on the same form.

Each draft displays key details, including:

  • Creation date

  • Modification date

  • Record details

Step 3: Take Action

  • Click a draft to open and complete it.

  • Select the trash can icon to archive drafts you no longer need.

Important: Users can archive their own drafts even if they do not have full archive permissions for records — making cleanup easier.
