Make Message Customization Mandatory?

Is it possible to set up advocacy forms so that the message to the target must be customized order to submit? The intent is to avoid sending a lot of generic form letters to the official.

    EveryAction doesn’t have a “required customization” setting, but there’s a workaround that can work—leave the message body blank (or maybe put a prompt like “Share your personal message here”). That way, advocates have to write something or the target gets a blank email. It’s not a hard block, but it definitely nudges people toward personalization instead of just hitting send on your template.
