Does Network for Good offer a check-in kiosk for volunteers to check themselves in when they arrive on site? Is there a way to list opportunities and have volunteers sign themselves up via an emailed link?
I am using filters in Network for Good to segment donors into groups by giving level over the last 12 months. I am using “Total household donations over custom date range” and when the list is generated, only one member of the household shows up. Why don’t both members (if applicable) show up on the list? The filter states household donations, so wouldn’t that include the donations for the entire household? I am attempting to capture them as Giving Units and not individuals, since that is how they give, but the other individual is showing up with $0 donated in the same custom date range, even if they were grouped in the household and checked as a co-donor at the time the gift was recorded. Or is there a better way this information could be extracted?

This may seem super simple, but if I’ve linked 2 donors together in a household and marked them as co-donors, is there a way to make that retroactive to previous donations? It appears that it only links subsequent donations and there is no way to link the donations that were recorded before the donors were linked together.
I am confused with the data entry template that is required in order for the data entry team to export the information into the Bonterra System. Does anyone have any tips or guidance to make this process smoother?
It would be nice if NFG had an archive feature that could archive donors/contacts. Currently, we just remove addresses so they never show up in any mailings,. but if would be great to have some kind of an ‘inactive’ feature. How do others deal with this?
Does anyone have advice on creating filters in NFG for segmenting contacts by level of engagement? For example, high engagement contacts having donated and opened emails recently, middle engagement within the last couple years, and low engagement not donating or opening emails in the last several years. We tried setting up the filters this way and NFG does not seem to be pulling records accurately; wondering if there is something we are missing.
Hi y’all,Does anyone have advice on how to note a stock/securities or DAF gift in the CRM? I don’t see it as an option in the Donation Payment Method field. Are folks just selecting "other” and then making a note in the “Payment Description” or “Donation Notes” fields?Thanks so much!
Hi all! I wanted to put out a call for virtual/remote volunteer opportunities at your nonprofits. In conversations with corporate funders, virtual and/or remote volunteering opportunities always come up as something they would like to know more about and be able to recommend to their home-based staff. I thought I would go straight to the source and start collecting opportunities that your nonprofits have that volunteers could do virtually or independently nationwide, not just as a larger office group. If you have virtual volunteering opportunities at your nonprofit please share them here (link to your website and a description of the opportunity) and I will pass them along. Thank you!
I would love to hear what others do to keep thank you letters fresh for recurring donors, especially monthly donors?
We import workplace gifts monthly. Unfortunately these imports always create duplicate accounts . Anyone have this issue and have a solución? Thanks

1) Is there consideration for changing the suggested donation amounts when donor selects Monthly over One-Time? Currently the donation suggestions remain the same and I've seen where other entities have much smaller suggested amounts when the donor selects Monthly. (I know they can input their own amount, but is something like this in the works?)2) When will EFT become available in Network for Good? (I'm working on focusing on monthly donations and believe this will only enhance those opportunities)
We have a number of couples who have different last names. NFG recommends setting up different profiles for them, and then linking them together in the household, but then having to add soft credits to the other spouse when they make a donation. This feels very gunky to me - has anyone perfected the best way to do this?
Just wondering if anyone else is having difficulty with volunteer hours. Every time I create an opportunity and try to add hours to a volunteer for the opportunity it gives me an error that the hours have to be on certain date between certain times, which it is. I end up having to select multi-day to report the volunteer’s hours.

In NFG, I have existing donors where the company they work for have a Match donation program. As an example, Donor “Susan” made a donation of $100 and donation will be acknowledged. The company she works for also made a $100 match donation that should not be acknowledged. Currently I add Susan's donation to NFG selecting “Check” as “Payment Method” and leave “Acknowledged” unchecked. When the Match donation arrives later on, I log back onto Susans account, add another donation and select Payment Method of “Match”. In the “Donation Notes” field, I add a note stating that this is the Match portion of the donation noting the company name etc and that the company sent the additional donation on behalf of employee “Susan”. I then check mark that donation as “Acknowledged” so acknowledgement doesn’t get sent and “Donor Type” field as “Other”. This method eliminates the need to setup a separate account for the company who made the match and also relates the donation and surrounding informatio
