How do I get the OneCause → EveryAction Integration enabled?
The integration is set up by your account team — there's nothing to install yourself. Follow these steps to get the process started.
Step 1: Contact your account team
Reach out to your EveryAction CSM, account rep, or submit a support ticket to express interest in enabling the integration.
Step 2: Confirm your sync start date
Your account team will ask for a sync start date, the cutoff that determines how far back data will sync. Before this is set, confirm whether you've previously done any manual imports of OneCause data into EveryAction. If you have, the sync start date needs to be set after those imports to avoid duplicate records.
If your organization has more than one designation (for example, a C3 and a C4), your account team will also confirm which one your OneCause transactions should be associated with.
Step 3: Wait for confirmation
Once your account team has what they need, they'll coordinate activation on the backend. You'll be notified when the integration is live. From that point, the sync runs automatically every hour — no ongoing action required.
