Where do I find my OneCause Data in EveryAction?

Once the integration is running, your OneCause data will appear across several areas in EveryAction. Here's where to look for each record type.

Step 1: Find contacts

Go to Quick Look Up and search by name or email address. You can also search by OneCause Supporter ID using the External ID field. To pull a broader list, create a contact list filtered by OneCause Supporter ID or filter on contacts associated with the "OneCause Event" event type.

Step 2: Find contributions

Synced contributions appear in three places: on individual contact records, in Contribution Reports (filter by the source code matching your OneCause event name), and in Financial Batch Manager (search for batches with "OneCause Import" in the name).

Step 3: Find events and sign-ups

Events appear in the Events module; look for the event type "OneCause Event." Event sign-ups appear on the contact record under event participation, or you can run an Event Participant Report to see participation across events.

Step 4: Use source codes to segment and report

Every synced event and fundraising page creates a source code in EveryAction using the event or fundraiser name. Source codes are the primary way to filter, segment, and report on OneCause activity. Use them in Contribution Reports and list builder queries to target donors by event.
