Best Practices: Managing Que in Your Apricot Organization

Que is built into Apricot to help your team work more efficiently. Que Manager puts you in control of how that rollout happens. With a few decisions up front, you can introduce Que at the pace that fits your team, keep an eye on credits, and know when it may be time to consider Que Intelligence.

Getting Started with Que Manager

Recommended Practices

  • Decide your approach before launch day. Choose whether Que will be on for everyone, a pilot group, or no one, and set it in Que Manager.

  • Tell your team what to expect. Let users know which skills they can use, that credits are per user, and that they reset at the start of each month. Share what the out-of-credit message looks like so it doesn’t surprise anyone.

  • Set expectations about review. Que produces drafts and summaries. Ask staff to review everything before they rely on it or save it to a record.

  • Audit Administrator access regularly. Administrators can manage Que settings for the whole organization.

  • Check credit balances monthly. Look at the user table before credits reset.

  • Review settings after upgrading. Your existing skill toggles are preserved, so confirm they still match how you want to use the newly available skills.

  • Follow your organization’s data and privacy policies. Share them with your team along with Que guidance.
