How do I turn Que on or off for my whole site in Apricot?

Overview

Want to pause AI activity for your entire organization, or turn it on for everyone? The Que for this site toggle controls whether Que is active for all users. Follow these steps to change it.

Step 1: Open Que Manager

Sign in as an Administrator. Select your name in the top right corner, choose Account Management, then select Que in the left navigation menu. See How do I open Que Manager in Apricot?

Step 2: Find the Que for this site toggle

The Que for this site toggle is at the top of the Que Manager page.

Step 3: Switch it on or off

Select the toggle to change it.

• OFF: Every Que skill is disabled for every user. No credits are consumed while Que is off.

• ON: Skills are available based on each user’s individual access settings and which skills are enabled.

Good to know

Turning Que off site-wide is the fastest way to temporarily suspend all AI activity in your account. You don’t need to change individual users.

Every organization starts with Que on.
