Understanding Smart Giving Form Creation

Que's Smart Giving Form skill, available only with Bonterra Payments, helps fundraisers quickly build a live, ready-to-use Smart Giving form inside Network for Good, without starting from a blank page. Based on your campaign goal and related communications, Que generates a suggested title, mission copy, goal and progress bar, gift levels, and calls-to-action — and assembles them directly into a working Smart Giving Form you can preview, refine, and publish, all from a single chat.

You can start a Smart Giving Form two ways:

  • From My Campaigns, click Add Campaign and select Smart Giving Form.

  • Or click Ask Que from anywhere in Network for Good and describe your campaign.

Simply ask prompts like "Create a giving form for our spring food drive," or "Build a giving form for our emergency relief campaign," and Que will generate a working form alongside the chat, ready to preview, tailor to your organization's voice, and publish, or embed on your own website.

What can Smart Giving Forms do for you?

Que's Smart Giving Form Creation skill helps Jordan, a Development Associate at a youth mentoring nonprofit, launch a new fundraising campaign in a single afternoon. Jordan opens Que and types: "Create a giving form for our Back-to-School campaign to raise $15,000. Our tone is hopeful and community-focused."

Que responds with a live Smart Giving Form preview, headline, mission description, a $15,000 goal with progress bar, and suggested donation amounts — personalized per donor to help raise more — tied to outcomes (for example, "$50 provides school supplies for one student"). Jordan reviews the preview, asks Que for a couple of tweaks ("add a monthly giving option," "make the tone warmer"), confirms Bonterra Payments is connected to accept donations, and publishes the form, ready to share with supporters or embed on the organization's website.
