The Resource Center is built into Apricot to help you find answers right where and when you need them. Whether you're just getting started, troubleshooting an issue, or exploring new features, it's your first stop for help.

To open the Resource Center, click the question mark icon in the lower-right corner of your screen after logging in to Apricot.

Here you will find links to informative help articles, pre-recorded webinars, links to sign up for live Training and Coaching events, and more! This is your primary hub to learn how to use the Apricot platform, and get the most out of your experience.

 

Contact Support

Connect with the Apricot Support team for technical questions. Click Contact Support to get started. You'll see two options:

  • Chat with Support — type your question in plain language and the chat will respond with answers sourced from Apricot's help center. It works best for how-to, navigation, and workflow questions.
  • Browse Help Articles — goes directly to the Apricot help center.

If you still need help after reviewing the chat response, you can request to connect with a support agent and the chat will connect you directly.
