You can access everything from Bonterra Central, your all-in-one guide. While you won't need all of these resources today, each one solves a different kind of need: skill-building, live discussion, peer insight, urgent troubleshooting, and quick reference, so it's worth knowing how they fit together.
Start with Academy to build a skill, not just solve a problem
Bonterra Academy is a library of self-paced courses, trainings, and certifications designed to help you get the most out of Network for Good. Work through the courses on your own schedule and pick up best practices along the way.
The Academy is most valuable when used proactively. The better you know the platform, the smoother everything runs.

Ask Que to strategize, build, or just show you how
Que is built right into Network for Good, so you never have to leave the platform to get guidance. You can ask Que questions about how to use Network for Good or about your organizations fundraising strategy. Using what it knows about your goals, organization, and donation history, Que will make personalized recommendations and then help you execute. Que can help you re-engage lapsed donors, turn one-time givers into monthly sustainers, draft an appeal email, build a Giving Tuesday campaign and more. Give it a try with the "Ask Que" button on your Network for Good dashboard.

This is your time to connect live with Network for Good experts. Sessions happen twice a week, so there’s always one just around the corner. Show up with a specific problem, or just sit in and see what other customers are asking. Either way, you’ll walk away with best-practice tips you can put to use right away.

Ask the Community to learn from peers
Post questions like ”How is your team planning events for next year?" or "What's your best tip for retaining first-time donors?" and hear directly from other nonprofits navigating the same decisions. You're not asking one person. You're tapping into a network of organizations who've faced the same challenges. If Academy is the classroom and Office Hours is a one-on-one, Community is the group chat that's always on.

Use Support Chat when you're stuck on something specific in the product
Click the ? icon at the bottom right of your NFG screen to open the Resource Center. Select Contact Support to start a the chat. Ask your question in plain language for a step-by-step answer sourced from Bonterra's help documentation, with links to relevant articles or training. If unresolved, you can connect to a live agent during support hours or submit a ticket after hours.
Support hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–7pm EST, with ticket submission available after hours.
Check Help Articles when you just need the steps
Think of the Network for Good Help Center as your reference library: articles cover specific workflows like setting up a fundraising page, formatting a data import, or adding an organization contact, each with screenshots and written instructions.
