The number of recipients taking action in response to your email messages is a key measure of how well your Targeted Email is performing. By default, all links in Targeted Email include conversion tracking information so you can see when a recipient responds to your email with a contribution or other form submission. This conversion tracking also works on forms you've embedded into your own website.
Step 1: Access the Targeted Email Dashboard
Navigate to the Targeted Email dashboard.
Step 2: View Summary Section
In the dashboard, the Summary Section provides an overview of your email performance over the last 30 days. You’ll see overall results, including total contributions and form submissions during this period.
Step 3: Check Individual Email Performance
To track the performance of each individual email go to the Sent section of the dashboard. Here, you can view specific statistics for each email campaign.
Understand Conversion Rates
Conversion rates are calculated by dividing the number of form submissions by the total number of email recipients.
