We are so excited to make Bonterra Central live for all EveryAction customers as of October 2025 and Network for Good & Nonprofit Hub customers as of March 2026 and Apricot customers as of May 2026!
What is Bonterra Central?
- It’s a consolidated resource site to help Bonterra customers access all our resources in one location and engage with other customers in a customer community forum.
- This site features a consolidated search that will allow EveryAction, Network for Good, or Apricot users to search all our resources (Knowledge Base, Trainings, Product Updates, Customer Community Posts, and Webinar Events) in one location. TIP: You must log in with the same email and password you use to log in to your Bonterra software to customize the search for your specific product. If not, you will see results that match your search term from all products.
- Nonprofit Hub customers can use Bonterra Central to access Help Center articles, participate in community discussions and learn more about product updates and enhancements.
I’m an Apricot customer, where can I access the community?
- The customer community forums are currently in beta testing for Apricot users. Community Forum access will be open to all Apricot users in June.

I’m a Network for Good customer, where can I access the community?
- The customer community forums are now live for all Network for Good users!
- You must log in with your Network for Good credentials to post a topic or reply and to filter community activity to see only Network for Good forums.
- Click Community in the top menu bar then Recently Active Topics to view conversations that are in progress + recently updated articles.
- Browse the community to find topics relevant to you.
I’m an EveryAction customer, where can I access the community?
- The customer community forums are now live to all EveryAction users!
- You must log in with your EveryAction credentials to post a topic or reply and to filter community activity to see only EveryAction forums.
