Step 1: Open Bonterra Que
From your Network for Good dashboard, click the “Ask Que” button to launch the assistant.
Step 2: Request an SMS Draft
In the chat window, type your request for a text message. Include key context like the campaign purpose, tone, & timing.
Try prompts like:

Que will generate a 160-character text message tailored to your audience & your organization’s tone.
Step 3: Review the Draft
Once generated, your message will appear in the chat. You can review the full draft, including its call-to-action, before deciding whether to edit further or save.
Step 4: Edit & Refine
Want to make changes? You can revise the draft right in the chat using natural language.
