Sending documents to outside agencies?

Hi Bonterra Community,

Does anyone work with foster care programs?

If so, how do you manage references for families who are fostering children when the references come from outside agencies, such as schools? Do you collect and maintain this information in Apricot?

Any insights or examples of how your organization handles this would be greatly appreciated.
