How do I log in to and register for the Bonterra Invoice Portal?

You'll need to register once before you can pay or manage invoices online. If you'd rather not create an account, you can still pay as a guest.

Step 1: Go to the portal Navigate to the Bonterra Invoice Portal.

Step 2: Sign in, register, or pay as a guest

• Returning user: Enter your Bonterra Invoice Portal login credentials.

• New user: Click "Not enrolled? Sign up now" and register using your Bonterra Invoice Number and Customer Number — both found in the top right of any invoice.

• Prefer not to register: Click "Pay as Guest."

• Need help finding you invoice number?

  • If there has been turnover at your organization, you can request access by contacting us. Let us know who should be updated as the billing contact and we'll help get you into the portal.

Note: Each person who needs access should register their own individual login. Multiple users can work under the same account, giving your finance team a collaborative way to manage billing.
