How do I pay an invoice by ACH?
ACH is a free way to pay directly from your bank account — no card fees apply.
Step 1: Navigate to the Open Bills tab and select the invoices you want to pay.
Step 2: Click Pay Selected Bills and choose Pay by ACH.
Step 3: Choose a Saved Bank Account or add a New Bank Account.

Check Save Bank Account For Reuse if you'd like to use this account again later, including for AutoPay.
Step 4: Click Proceed.
Step 5: Add or select your bank account details. Fields marked with a red asterisk are required.
Step 6: Click Submit to process the payment.
Step 7: Once payment succeeds, a confirmation page appears. Click Print Receipt or Email Receipt, or click Close to exit.
Note: ACH payments are free — there's no surcharge, unlike credit card payments.
