How do I pay an invoice by credit or debit card?

Step 1: Navigate to the Open Bills tab and select the invoices you want to pay.

Step 2: Click Pay Selected Bills and choose Pay by Credit Card or Pay by Debit Card.

Step 3: Follow the same flow as an ACH payment — choose or add a payment method, click Proceed, fill in required fields, and click Submit.

Step 4: On the confirmation page, click Print Receipt or Email Receipt, or Close.

Note: A credit card fee of up to 2.9% applies to credit card transactions. Debit card and ACH (bank account) payments are not subject to a surcharge.
