I did not get approved because I need one of these - Canceled Check Image, Bank Letter or a completed bank Deposit Slip. I do not use checks or deposit slip.  What does the letter need to say?  Does a bank statement work?

    Hi Marc, here are some requirements for the bank letter that should help you obtain the correct information from your bank:

    • Written on official bank LETTERHEAD
    • Be dated within TWO years
    • SIGNED by a bank representative (meaning a handwritten/wet signature please)
    • Must include the FULL routing and account number
    • Must include the organization name PRINTED on it
    • Contains a STATEMENT that the organization holds an active account with the bank
